Phone numbers in custome trays?

Ok I have two custom trays... a quick call and a quick text. When I upload my theme will these clear out or should I do that beforehand to keep from uploading them?

If I make them embedded and I do keep the numbers in there will they reapear when I download from the server like they do when i load from my card?

The embed will keep them in there, but anyone who downloads the theme will get them as well.

"Filter Content" set to yes says it removes personal info and contacts, but the documentation isn't clear on what happens when embed and filer are both set.

Filter content (with embed on) will remove short cuts created by the stock android contacts app. :)
