Phone Lagging after going to the Themes Server

Is anyone experiencing a problem with SH crawling to a dead stop after going to the Theme's server.
It does not happen all of the time but it happens frequently.

Phone - Droid OS -2.0.1
SH Build: sweeterhome2_beta_eclair-756.apk

This also happens when I get out of edit mode at times.
I kill all tasks and to resolve the problem.
