ok thanks, so its a normal thing. Thought I was doing something wrong.

I currently have auto rotate disabled on my phone, I have to edit the theme then exit the editor and then the images return to the appearance they are supposed to be.

Yah, just enter edit mode and then exit edit mode.

Well, that didn't work for me, this is how i setup my pictures.

1st I use about 5 full screen pictures (320 x 480) with transparencies,.
2nd I Select center inside block.
3rd X scaling: 100, Y scaling: 100
4th Each picture is a a layer for different commands, for example when i press "media" the button is suposed to change the color and show a tagged try with media apps, I made the same setup for each categorie (4 in total).
5th I have disabled the rotating option.

The theme works fine, my problem is when i restart the phone, i need to load again the SLX file and configure the widgets.

Please tell me if i need to make some changes in the configuration in each picture and if is possible ich one i have to use.

I finally found the problem.

If anyone else have the same issue is because of the full size pictures can't be placed on the whole screen, in other words you need to reduce the size of your full screen pictures. For example if your screen is 320 x 480 you will need an 320 x 455 picture (Because the notification bar have 25 pixels high).

I found the issue and tomorrow i'm gonna fix my theme.
