Yep, I've had this issue with the past few builds (I'm assuming you're talking about the process.acore FC). Now this started happening after I flashed a Froyo-based ROM (and has happened on several that I've tried), but the same kind of shortcut works fine in the stock home.

Is this in Custom trays, guys? I'll test.

Thanks lemon! Any chance of getting a fix for direct dial shortcuts disappearing off a saved theme? This happens switching between themes. Thanks for your help.

Lemon-Yep, with custom trays. I've mentioned this is a few of my recent posts on the build releases.

Sort of along those lines, do you have any guidance for us on how and when (and when not) to submit an "Issue"? On the one hand, I want to make sure that the dev knows about issues like this, on the other hand, I want to make sure not to clutter up that section with every little thing that comes up.

Short answer is log EVERYTHING. lol!

I noted as well, that direct call and direct message shortcuts work fine. It's only shortcuts to the contact that crash.

Cool, thanks. I send in crash logs religiously, but have been hesitant to pop anything in the issues section as I had never really been given any guidance on how and when to add issues.

Going forward, I'll start popping things in there.
