Tagged Trays not staying populated

I have several Tagged Trays, and several times a day, when my phone goes back to the home screen, all my Apps go missing. Selecting Edit Theme causes them to reappear. I have tried changing the Automatically sync tags option to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have a suggestion on a fix for it? It gets a bit tedious, as it will happen up to 10 times a day or so.

I have that happen every once in a while, maybe once every few days. If I put the phone in landscape mode, then change it back to potrait mode, that always fixes it also.

I'm having the same problem. It appears that it only happens to apps that are on my SD card. This is rather frustrating as I haven't been able to figure out a consistent way of getting them to repopulate. Sometimes rebooting works, sometimes going into edit mode and doing a hard refresh works, sometimes they just appear again. I don't think moving back and forth between portrait and landscape mode has worked for me either.

I am using Sapphire 1.1.1 custom ROM on a Droid 1.
