Spingboard!!

Can i make a springboard on "top screen" that control a thing on the "main screen" i REALLY need this for my theme!

I was able to do this by creating it on the main screen first... and then copying and pasting it to another screen.
After that i deleted the instance of it on the main screen... It opened my drawer on the "main screen" from my bottom screen.
