How/Where do I update my application tags?

I might just be missing something, but I'm not sure where I can go to update the tags on my applications. Do I navigate somewhere on here? Is there a way to edit them from within SH?

I think that when you delete or add apps to a tagged tray, that updates the tags, but I'm not sure.

Forgot to mention that I often sync the tags manually after doing that.

And where might you go to syn your tags manually?

from the home screen, hit the menu button, then more, then sync tags.
