Release Notes? Version Guide?

I've looked all over the website and can't seem to find anything that represents a Version Guide or Release Notes.
I saw the News : but that says the last thing released was 9 months ago.
Is that true?
The only activity I see are Bug Submissions?
Is there any new work being done here?
I ask with hope. This is a GREAT concept and I'd hate to see it die.

Notes and Wiki are a work in progress

All the bug fixes and development get done on a private part of the site...
