This is my theme, i custom made one because i like being able to see my background (my wonderful GF) All the springboards are clear and open transparent trays, there are also are 3 dedicated horizontal trays that blend together when you swipe screens, and 3 dedicated widgets on the bottom (L>R Settings / Beautiful Widgets Smaller Home / Tune wiki)

The center screen has 4 tabs (Favorites, SMS, Contacts, Callender) and all open with no backdrop, with the exception of a fade effect from the top.

The left has 4 tabs (Gadgets [tethering widget etc.] Tools, Media, social)

The Right screen is dedicated to my many games with 4 tabs (card, puzzle, action, emulators)

I dont like having an "All apps" toggle because i like things on my phone to be organized, but you can easily change "favorites" on the center screen if you would rather make it "all apps"

Obviously this works better with darker backdrops. White backgrounds will make the center screen very hard to read.
