RetroApple

Added by speedy0307 about 2 years ago

Attached is my new theme RetroApple. This theme is a homage to the original Mac GUI utilizing old shcool icons and layout. This is a simple, but fun theme that should take you back to the good ol' days of flying toasters. I had a lot of fun building this and hope you enjoy it.

This theme was built on my Samsung Moment 1.5 and does not support landscape mode (sorry not a fan of landscape). Also, it looks best with the original Mac wallpaper. I included a swatch of the wallpaper on the top most screen, so you can use it as a background if interested.

Enjoy.

Very cool! Had an idea to do something similar at some stage - you beat me to it and did a great job :)

Have you put this on the Sweeter Home server theme list?

RE: RetroApple - Added by speedy0307 about 2 years ago

I can't upload to the internet =(

Not sure why. I have the latest version of SH2 on my Moment. I didn't report a bug, but I posted on the Q&A section regarding this topic.

BTW - thanks, glad you like!

Hmmm... but you can access the theme list and DL themes??? Is it only this theme you can't upload?

RE: RetroApple - Added by speedy0307 almost 2 years ago

Exactly.

I can download and view themes in SH2 just fine. SD card uploading/downloading works perfect too, however uploading themes on the internet doesn't work. This seems to be a problem for a number of users.

Just for this theme? can you create a new theme with one object and upload it?

Uninstall and Reinstall that should solve it

(dont worry it happended to me too)

So weird... I tried uploading the theme one last time about an hour ago and it uploaded just fine. Hopefully the issue was only temporary and won't return.

Thanks.
