It was mentioned in the "Contact list additions" thread that having a tagged tray for starred or favorite contacts would be pretty sweet. Something else that would kick ass, bu I don't know if it is even remotely possible is a starred locations tagged tray. Google maps now lets you star locations for showing on the map or navigating to. A tagged tray that automatically brought up all of your starred locations would be very very handy. I would think it would be pretty rough to get to that info though since I don't think it is stored on the phone.

(Yes I know you can create shortcuts to locations, but that isn't the same and has to be re done with each theme you load.)
