switch visible items in edit mode.

Themes with multiple overlapping layers can be cumbersome to navigate when editing. would be nice to be able to hide elements while editing.y

Long press over the overlapping items and then select isn't working for you?
Also - did you have any ideas on good UI for this? How would you choose what to hide/show etc?

Yeah, that works, but if I have a group I'm working with(say...a couple custom trays, an image or two, and a springboard as one layer, all of which are hidden behind a similar group on another layer, which itself is hidden behind yet another group on a third layer, etc.) it gets old backing out from editing one item and having to reselect something hidden behind three of four layers.
I'm think stuff like adjusting block sizes and locations, font and line styles, etc. Stuff that requires lots of in-and-out of block editing...
Being able to toggle visiblity for each layer would be cool.
A few other things I miss from the Pronto editor:
"Group", "Ungroup", "move to top", "move behind", etc. tools would also be cool, (so you could move, demote, or promote a set of items as a group).
Numerical values for color sliders would be cool (as well as +1/-1 arrows for fine adjustment, maybe at either end of the slider?)
Finer granularity of item placement would be cool...The Pronto would allow single pixel adjustment in x and Y, which was awesome for web-style image sectioning (appears as one image, but has multiple hotspots)
More later...gotta run...

Yeah, numerical colour is requested I think.
As to the last point, my idea was to allow both inner and outer padding to be editable for each side of a block independently - like how CSS is. I think this would be a good implementation of pixel by pixel shifting. Thoughts?
