dock?

maybe a dock option.. something that wont scroll between pages. something that can stay stationary as the rest of the screens scroll.
sweeterhome would be near perfect in my opinion if it had this option.
maybe being able to set a whole layer to "no scroll"

Yeah we've talked about this option before...
Setting a layer to No-Scroll is actually a great idea!!! I'll talk tot he dev and see if this would be possible. Although functionally it may have to be a series of layers. Also he'd need to figure out a way that things degraded gracefully - ie: if you have a springboard on a no-scroll layer, but it targets a block that's not on a no scroll layer, then what happens?

Dev just said he'd though of having a "special screen" - and everything you build on that screen remains no-scroll.

No no no... Not a "special screen". I want just a thing, (example a "dock") to be "no-scroll". Not the screen.
And for another example:
If there would be a way to hide the notification bar, then you can make your own notification bar and set the settings to be "no-scroll".
