I agree. However, there are a lot of 3rd party contact apps out there. SH is primarily a themeing application.

The dev is planning on adding some features to the contact, calendar, etc trays in the future. But, currently, will be working on getting the current application running smoothly. Since the release of the public beta he is being bombarded with bugs. This is because the private beta group was very restrictive and we only had a few devices with a few configurations. Now the beta is out there among a lot of people with many devices and many different configurations among those devices.

Once the basic operating bugs get worked out the dev will begin adding more content to SH. Just keep in mind this is still beta software. :-)

Yeah having a starred contacts tray would be nice. I create a "quick Call" tray on my themes where I can drop direct dial shortcuts. This way I can just have the 6-10 out of my 50 contacts I call the most and their pics are displayed. Problem is the issue of saving on the server and risking uploading those numbers to the server if you forget to filter, and getting them back if you reload the theme from the server instead of mem card. If a tagged tray just brought back starred items then you wouldn't ever have to worry about filtering or embedding, any theme with the starred contacts tray would automatically bring up your favorite contacts.
