Did you try to reset the password from SH2 app on your phone, or from the web page?

You can change your password from the app, in menu/my account

tried.

maybe i forgot my old password already so it wont let me change, prompting me "make sure the old password is correct"

any way that i can reset my password without going through my old password?

You should be able to just do "Reset password" directly from the my account page. You will need to put in the email account you used to register the account. Then it will generate a new password and send it to that email address. Then you can use that new password to log in.

If you are already logged in to the app, you can log out first, which is also possible from the My Account page.

You will need to use the latest build too, but since the last one is expired, you should already have that if you are using the app at all.

but here is what i did:

1. I use this page from my PC.
2. I logged off my "dummy" a/c and try to log on and chose "Forget password"
3. then I received an email from my mail (gmail) and there is a link which directed me to a page "Lost Password" (no new password)
---The content is like this:
To change your password, click on the following link:
http://www.sweeterhome.com/account/lost_password?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (token has been masked here)

Login: wongahlun

4. I clicked the link above and I was given two fields "New Password" and "Confirmation"
5. So i tried to type in my new passwords to both of the fields

Then it showed me:

*2 errors prohibited this user from being saved
--------------------------------------------
There were problems with teh following fields:

Login has already been taken
Email has already been taken*

That means i cannot reset my password because of course login and email have been taken because they are mine.

Appreciate if you can give me some help?

interesting enough, actually i am able to log on wongahlun using my old password on the phone using the home app "my account"
and if i log on, and choose

1. change password, it prompts me with Old password and New password.
so I typed in Old password (which i used to log on the home app on phone) and a new password, it says my old password is not correct.
2. lost username/password, and entered my email, it prompts me "we were unable to reset your password. Plese check that the email address is correct"

hmmm..

hi developer.

if it can't be solved, how about wiping my a/c and let me re-register the same name?

Hi wongahlun/dummy, could you try yet again to reset your password for the wongahlun account? I found a problem with your wongahlun account that would produce the effects you described and think it's fixed for your account now. Also found that this problem affects about 1% of all users, so thanks a ton for reporting your experience in such detail. Hope it is fixed now, but if it's not please post here.
