A few things...

The Dev has been working on keeping the server up - there's been a LOT more downloads since it's now easier to find themes.

Commenting and starring was broken but is now fixed as of about 2 minutes ago.

Shortcut to contact bug is fixed.
Calendar bug is fixed.

Any other comments/probs with the lastest build? (853)

Quick Question.

Since the new release this weekend the number of downloads for existing themes increased significantly.
Example - Prior to the release BugsysThemeII had about 3821 downloads it now has 5328.

Are downloads being counted differently?

It takes a while longer to load up the theme lists, but as you stated, that looks to be a server side thing. More people have been using this (I know I use it more since I fixed my login issue, and 3 others have started using it in the last week just from seeing my phone). I haven't seen any actual numbers, but I bet this has more users then most people would consider for a beta.

By the time this reaches final release, going to need more bandwidth to the server. Enough people use and like this that the dev could probably get enough donations to get a better server.

Build 882 allows you to include the Wallpaper with your theme.
