Believe that the SpringBoard options address the folder issue better than folders would have!

As brought up on the forum:
Need to add either a tray for "Live Folders" similar to the Widget Tray.
OR, allow a link to the "Live Folders" in a Custom Tray as the shortcuts, apps, etc can be selected.
