Upload Theme/Delete Theme

Description
The default for uploading themes should be to the SD card to prevent accidental uploads to the server. This wouldn't be too much of an issue if I was able to delete anything I accidentally upload, but this is the second time this has happened and neither time has it allowed me to delete the theme.

Will consider default to SD for a future release.
You can delete your own theme by finding it in the theme list, long press, press Delete.
