There is a bug where users are sometimes unable to login from the phone using a password created on the website.

This bug only happens when the password contains non-ascii characters. A fix for this will be available in the next build. Until, then, if you created your account form the web site, please use the web site to change your password so that it only uses the following characters:

If you created your password from your phone, and included a non-ascii character in the password and cannot log in from the web stie, you should either create a new account, or email <info at sweeterhome dot com> and ask for your password to be reset. If you included non-ascii character in your password and created the password from the phone, it will stop working after the next build that fixes this bug.
