Unable to enable SH2 Beta 811..

Description
Had disabled SH2 (last month's version) for about 10 days. Tried enabling it today, but failed. No response on Home key. Noticed there is a newer release. Updated to beta-811, still didn't work. Power cycling the phone did not help. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Does not work. Log file says some permissions not granted to SH2. Any suggestions?

A little more clarity:
The app installs but no way to start it. There is no response when Home button is clicked, which the app-help suggests to use to start SH2. I have stock home-screens with Eclair (2.1) and no Defaults to erase in system-settings.

How do I make Sweeter Home the default home screen, if pressing Home does not give a choice?
